Download the Soukly app and tap 'Create Account'. Provide your name, email, and create a password. You'll receive a verification code via email that expires in 15 minutes.
Is Soukly free to use?
Yes! Soukly is completely free for individuals. We don't charge fees, take commissions, or process payments. We simply connect buyers and sellers in your community.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification ensures account security and prevents spam. You cannot post listings until your email is verified.

How do I post a listing?
Tap the '+' button, add photos, write a description, set your price, and choose a category. Your listing will be visible to other users immediately.
How do I contact sellers?
Contact sellers directly using their phone number displayed on the listing. You can call them or message via WhatsApp for quick communication.
What payment methods are accepted?
Soukly doesn't handle payments - we simply connect buyers and sellers. All transactions are arranged directly between users outside the platform. Common methods include cash, bank transfer, or digital payments like Careem Pay.

How do I stay safe when meeting buyers/sellers?
Always meet in public places like malls or cafés. Bring a friend if possible. Inspect items before payment. Since you communicate directly via phone/WhatsApp, verify the person's identity before meeting.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Contact our support team directly at contact@craftsolutiontech.com to report any inappropriate listings or suspicious behavior. We investigate all reports promptly.
Are user profiles verified?
Users must verify their email addresses to post listings. Phone numbers are provided for direct contact, allowing you to verify sellers before meeting.
