By accessing and using Soukly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Soukly is a marketplace platform that connects people to buy and sell items within their community.

To use Soukly, you must: • Be at least 13 years old • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Verify your email address with the verification code (15-minute expiry) • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use You cannot post listings until your email is verified.

When using our marketplace, you agree to: • Post accurate and honest product descriptions • Use your own photos or have permission to use images • Set fair and reasonable prices • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner • Complete transactions as agreed • Treat all users with respect and courtesy

You may NOT: • Post illegal items or services • Engage in fraudulent activities • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Post spam, duplicate, or misleading listings • Attempt to bypass our systems • Use the platform for commercial business (B2B) • Violate any local, national, or international laws

• Soukly is a FREE platform that simply connects buyers and sellers • We provide phone numbers for direct communication (calls/WhatsApp) • All transactions happen OUTSIDE our platform between users directly • We do NOT process payments, handle money, or take any commissions • We do NOT facilitate payments or money transfers • Users contact each other directly and arrange everything independently • We recommend meeting in safe, public locations for exchanges • Always inspect items before completing purchases • Soukly has NO responsibility for transaction outcomes or disputes

• You retain ownership of content you post • You grant Soukly license to display your content • Do not post copyrighted material without permission • Respect intellectual property rights of others • We may remove content that violates these terms • Report any copyright violations to us immediately

• Soukly is provided 'as is' without warranties • We do not guarantee continuous availability • Features may be modified or discontinued • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations • Maintenance periods may temporarily limit access

Soukly is not responsible for: • Quality, safety, or legality of items posted • Actions of buyers or sellers on the platform • Disputes between users • Loss or damage from transactions • Third-party services or external websites • Data loss or security breaches beyond our control

• Your privacy is important to us • Please review our Privacy Policy • We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy • You consent to data processing for platform operation • We implement security measures to protect your information

• Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly • Contact our support team if needed • We may provide mediation assistance • Serious violations may result in account suspension • Legal disputes are subject to local jurisdiction

• You may delete your account at any time through app settings • We may suspend accounts for terms violations • Upon account deletion, we permanently remove ALL your data • No data is retained after account deletion - complete removal • Active listings are immediately removed when account is deleted • These terms survive account termination where legally required

• We may update these Terms of Service periodically • Material changes will be communicated through the app or website • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms • Check this page regularly for updates
